Hi, I have this thomson modem that a friend gave me to test on my things but I can't configure it since I need the username and the password of the administrator not the user ones (username:user pass:user). Do you know how can I know or remove the logins of the modem? I tried resetting it from the back of the modem but it didn't remove the username/password request and I created a topic here Thats because you have a router from Ogero. I talked about it: Users who got their routers from Ogero need a username and password with adminstrator privileges during the setup ('user' and 'user' doesn't work since it gives lan_admin privileges). Try chosen2k 's post in this link to get adminstrator privileges username and password. Other than chosen2k's post, I don't have another solution to get the adminstrator privileges. @geekevo this username and password is not for Ogero router, its default for routers from IDM and others but not ogero.
