Called Grizzly amd was informed they no longer stock parts for this saw. Found the manufacturer for Grizzly and several other brands is Mao Shan in Tiawan. Emailed them and they responded right away with a manual and asked me to state which parts I need. Sent them a list three times with no response. Does anyone know of a dealer here in the USA that carries Mao Shan equipment? Have found they also make saws for Jet, Powermatic, Bridgewood, Sears and others but when contacting these cats I get a 'Don't know what you are talking about!'

Very helpful. I was hoping for that. Ok, now I was able to reach them through the back but I’ve now run into another issue. After spending about an hour trying to get it aligned I have finally discovered that one of the bolts that secure the rear of the trunion where it bolts into the table won’t move over far enough to get the blade aligned – it’s between 1/32 and 1/16 off. Looking carefully at the holes in the bracket (not the holes in the top that are taped for the bolts) I can see that one is drilled about 1/16” closer to the edge of the bracket that the other.
Do I actually have to completely strip down the saw just to do this? Most contractor saws are adjusted in the same manner as the G1022, but normally you can reach the bolts through the back of the cabinet.
Free online vocal remover no download. I chose to have a proper 15 Amp circuit installed in my workshop to use the saw. The cost was around AUD$250, but I don't have to worry about frying the electrical wires when running a 3HP cabinet saw and 2HP dust extractor off the same outlet or circuit, and perhaps even a room air cleaner as well (or other devices). While not essential, it is good to not have to worry about this.
Here is a better picture of the rear trunion bracket holes and where it lines up with the tapped bolt holes. I think I can clamp the trunion up and then take the bracket off the saw. I think the holes should be cut more into slots instead of just making them bigger. And the one on the right looks like it will need to be cut into a U or at least very close to the end of the bracket. I’d be glad to get an opinion on whether that might hold up after being bolted back up?
Pull off the pulley and remove the shaft (if possible) and take it to a local machinist. He will advise you on one of the following:- a) Turn off the offending gall leaving a depression of equal size around the shaft.a bit like a round dado. He should then be able to make a split bushing to fit the 'dado' and will either epoxy it in or possibly weld it in. Then mount shaft in lathe and turn down to exact shaft size. B) A rougher approach is to get a welder to deposit weld into the galling to make up for the missing metal.place on lathe and turn to exact size.there will be a few small pockets unfilled but should be OK. Buy a new pulley and fit. Replace shaft Centering bolt REmove bolt and nut Buy a replacement from hardware store after measuring thread pitch and diameter Use a tap to run down the threaded hole to clear and check for completeness Replace bolt.use maybe a grade 6 or 8 bolt.

This being my first post please excuse any mistakes I may make. I have a grizzly table saw, model TSC-10L circa 1989. Purchased it knowing it had issues but loved the construction and features. Found it had been operated for a long time with the driven pully loose which had 'hogged' out the arbor shaft to where a new pully would not fit. Also, the jam nut that holds the shaft centered had vibrated loose and had worn the nut and threads rendering the shaft useless.
- Tip provided by Numbat. What are the dimensions of the insert plate on the TSC-10HB?
This must be why the guy had removed three bolts holding the table to the cabinet and skewed the table top over. My question is if this is fact?

The wood closed up on the back of the blade and it exploded across the room. That sucker will launch wood! Safety Glasses! Always use a splitter when ripping lumber from trees. Some times it's under internal stress and the saw kerf will close back up causing a kickback.

The trunions and moving devices require lubrication to keep them running smooth. It is best to lube these up before they get clogged with dust and debris during use. You should use a lubricant that will not attract dust, is moisture resistant to prevent rust, can penetrate into hard to reach places and will not easily wear away, providing long lasting protection. A good brand spray lubricant is INOX, but there are many others also. • Check that you have bolted on the cast iron extension wings so they are flat with the main middle cast iron section of the table. If they are higher, lower, or not even across the length of the join, accuracy may be affected.
The green power-on button will now become active. If your saw will not start the first time you try to use it, ensure the safety lock has been disengaged first. Before powering up the unit, ensure that any installed blade is firmly fixed to the blade arbor and that there are no objects touching the blade or objects on the table that may vibrate into the path of the blade and cause an accident or damage the blade. - Tip provided by silentC. Can the TSC-10HB take a dado set? Basically, yes, however, the arbor is a little too short to accommodate a full width dado set. It will accommodate a maximum set width of up to 3/4', however, use your own discretion as to what you feel is the safe maximum width dado you can set up on the arbor on your particular saw.
